Faithful Navigator's Report

September 2007

Worthy Sir Knights,

I would like to report on the two resolutions that were voted on at the August meeting:

.

Resolution #1 St. Louis Assembly Honor Guard dress code.

The vote was 100% Nays to any change in the dress code.

The dress code will be in compliance with Supreme’s longstanding

rule. No pins or flag pins on the tuxedo when dressed out.

.

Resolution #2  Donation of $500.00 to Fisher House Foundation

for building a house at Jefferson Barracks for short term housing

for families of Veterans. This resolution passed with 100% yeas.

The annual Missouri State Knights of Columbus Family Pilgrimage will be

October 7 at Mary, Mother of the Church National Shrine on the grounds of

St. Patrick’s Church, Lake of the Ozarks, Highway 5, Laurie, Missouri.

Our Annual Memorial Mass will be held at the November 14 meeting. Please let our

Our Class Chairman Stan Mengwasser reminds us that March 8, 2008 is the date of our

Fourth Degree Exemplification. It will be held at the St. Louis Airport Marriott and now  the is time to get candidates for this degree. Stan reports he and other members of the

Board are available to come to council meetings to encourage your members to take their Fourth Degree, the Patriotic Degree.

Please plan to attend our next meeting September 12 at the Rigali Center. Plan to bring a

new or established member.

Fraternally,
